About the Author
About the Author Dr. Michelle Odette Green is an entrepreneur, author, trainer, speaker, and facilitator.
She was born in California and raised in the city of Compton. She has extensive knowledge of what it takes to be successful in life. She currently serves as CEO for Success In Action Institute, LLC, which she founded in 2020. She also serves as a partner of several restaurant franchises.
She began her career in the education, employment, and training industry, in the mid-80s. She began as a program monitor for a summer youth program. While holding that position, she quickly discovered that she enjoyed working with disadvantaged and at-risk individuals to help them become self-sufficient. In 1993, she was tasked with developing a goal setting workshop and was able to show her clients how to set and attain their goals. Through her work, she has trained thousands of individuals on topics such as, to name of few:

Over the course of her career, she has served in other positions: Center Director for the Long Beach Job Corps Center, Lecturer/Practitioner for Minot State University’s Job Corps Executive Management Program for graduate students, faculty for the University of Phoenix, Welfare-to-Work Program Manager for UAW-LETC, Training and Services Coordinator, Employment and Training Services Specialist for the city of Compton.
She has also co-chaired conferences, conducted workshops, served as keynote speaker, and master of ceremonies for various events, and served on numerous boards and councils.
She is a licensed Dr. Amen Brain Health Trainer and licensed Neuroencoding Specialist. She holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, Master of Arts in Organizational Management, Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Insurance License, and numerous certifications on self-development.
Her life’s mission is “to educate and inspire individuals to lead a happy, healthy, and productive life.”
